Can I change my trip at any time?
Yes, up to one month out, up to one week. You will receive a credit to apply to another future trip.
Can I cancel my trip?
Yes, and here is how refunds work…
Full amount of the trip cost is refunded when canceled outside one (1) month from trip date, minus filing fees — 10% of trip cost.
Half of the trip cost will be refunded when canceled within one (1) month of trip date, but outside one (2) week of the trip date. This amount will be held as credit to be applied toward a future trip.
No refunds or credit of the trip cost will be given if canceled within one (1) week from trip date.
Please purchase trip insurance to take care of natural disasters beyond the control of all persons involved.
Can I add additional nights on either side of my stay?
Yes, but you will be responsible for your meals and transportation to all local events/ destinations, as our chauffeur is only available for the designated event weekend planned.
Our personal driver on departure day will still be included in your package plan.
Can I request to stay in the same room as my friend?
Yes, we have a bunk room with 4 available bunk beds. Or you may share a Solitaire Room with a $225 discount for each of you. Let me know via email and I will give you the code.
Will I receive breakfast on Monday, day of departure?
Yes, there will be protein bars, muffins, juice and a to-go option for your early departure.
Will there be food when I arrive Thursday evening?
Yes, there will be a charcuterie board with snacks and a variety of drinks available, including champagne.
What all is included in the tour packages?
B & B stay for 3 nights, Personal Driver to and from airport – 1 hour away, Chauffeur all weekend to every event and destination, Homemade Breakfast each morning, Personal Tour Guide, Entry Fees into Parks and Live Music Venues, (Sports packages include Bike and Paddle Board Rental)
Everything but your flight to and from your home, and 6 meals and drinks at local restaurants.
What is the dress code?
Workout clothes for Pickle Ball and hiking, Casual dressy for Christian Events and Shopping, Swimsuit, river Shoes, hat and coverup for River time, Comfy Shoes for Shopping, and Lounge clothes for B&B time in evenings.
Can I be picked up and taken back to the airport any time?
Yes, you will be given our personal driver’s number to set up your time of arrival and departure. They are available any time day and night.
Should I tip?
Yes, any tips for your Personal Transport Driver, Chauffeur, and Cook are appreciated.
Will our tour guide be with us all the time?
You will check in on your own to the B&B on Thursday night. There will be instructions on the bar in the main house—the Pickle Haus, along with a charcuterie board and drinks.
Otherwise, she will be with you the rest of the weekend.
Where is this located?
The Texas Hill Country – your B&B specifically in Center Point TX., but we will be visiting the surrounding area towns, like Kerrville, Comfort, Boerne and Fredericksburg TX.
What ages are allowed to come?
Women only, 18 years old and above.
Is this organization religiously affiliated?
No specific church or religious connection. We are Christians who desire to bring together women, who want a safe atmosphere to fellowship and as solo travelers to find meaningful connections. The devotionals each morning will be from the Bible, God’s word.
