How to Sign Up: Ready for your next adventure? Reserve your trip anytime at christianluxuryvacations.com or call 830-890-1645 Monday–Saturday 8–5 CST, to speak with one of our Trip Consultants.

Price: Prices are per-person based on listed occupancy and quoted in US dollars. Prices are valid at time of publishing the packages and are subject to change at any time.

Upon booking, a deposit of 25% will be charged, and then the final payment balance is due 1 month before the trip date. If you book 1 month from the trip date or sooner, the full amount is due and the cancellation policy still applies. See cancellation chart below.

You can call to receive a one-time payment invoice, or we will automatically charge the balance payment the following day, with the same payment option you used to book the trip.

Trip prices include: accommodations, personal driver to and from the airport in San Antonio (If arriving through the Austin airport, a surcharge of $220 will be added to the balance invoice), homemade breakfast each morning and a to-go homemade breakfast the morning of departure, a ‘welcome’ charcuterie board with Champagne upon arrival, a chauffeur all weekend, entry costs to all venues and events, and bikes and SUP or Kayak rentals (for the ‘Sports and More’ package).

Airfare and other forms of travel to/from the trip start/end are your responsibility, along with lunch and dinner each day.

If your trip only has one party at the time of final payment, we’ll call to ask if you’d prefer to travel with more guests. If you choose to transfer to a fuller trip, you’ll receive a $200 per-guest credit toward your future trip. If we have 4 or less women sign up, we have the right to change the B&B location to an accommodation of equal quality.

Paying Your Balance: The balance of your trip cost is due in US dollars only 1 month before your trip date. We automatically bill the credit card or payment option on file when the balance is due unless you instruct us otherwise. Balances may be paid by check but please contact us if you prefer to use a non-credit card or an online payment option. If final payment is not received when due, Christian Luxury Vacations reserves the right to cancel your reservation.

Participants must be at least 18 years old and CLV requires that you sign a waiver and release form before securing your place on any trip. We’re unable to allow guests to participate in any aspect of a CLV trip without a signed release form.

CLV is not liable for any injuries, damages or losses incurred during the tour, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct. Participants must follow all safety instructions provided by the tour guide and staff.

We strongly encourage you to consider some kind of Travel Protection Plan, to help protect against financial loss due to cancellation fees.

Exceptions to our cancellation policy cannot be made for any reason, including but not limited to: weather, terrorism, civil unrest, pandemics, personal, family or medical emergencies. There are no refunds/discounts for arriving late or leaving a trip early. Percentage cancellation fees are calculated on your total trip price.

In the case of Force Majeure, CLV has the right to cancel a trip but you’ll be refunded your trip price. CLV is not responsible for expenses incurred in preparation for any canceled or postponed trips, such as airline tickets, or for costs that are incurred due to travel delays, flight cancellations or illness.
